Life: Term & Whole Life, Motor: Third Party; Fire & Theft; Comprehensive/ Collision, Marine: Hull & Liability; Marinas, Property & Casualty: Homeowners; Fire & Allied Perils; All Risks; Public/ Products/Employers Liability; Personal Accident, Specialty Risks: Aviation; Professional Indemnity; Directors & Officers Liability; Medical Malpractice; Pensions; International Insurance Agency (IIA) was formed in May 2001, primarily to act as agents to provide primarily Individual & Group Life and Medical policies to the residents of the Turks & Caicos Islands.   As the Islands have developed over the years, there was a demand for more options and products for both locals and expatriates.  As a result of this in April 2003, the need grew not only for Life & Medical Insurance coverage but also for Property & Casualty and Specialty risks, and thus the addition of CSC Insurance Brokers Ltd.Colin A. G. Sterling: Mr. Sterling is a Permanent Resident who has held several sales and marketing positions in the insurance industry since relocating to the Turks and Caicos in 1993, and has developed considerable administrative and sales skills in other industries in his native Jamaica. He is a member of the Chartered Insurance Institute and Risk & Insurance Management Society.Edna E. Sterling: Mrs. Sterling is a Turks & Caicos Islander by birth and is currently employed with Leeward Ltd. as the Assistant Financial Controller. Her accounting background will assist with the Companies’ accounting and internal auditing. The CEO of CSCIB/ IIA, Mr. Colin A. G. Sterling, oversees the daily running and development of the office. Mr. Sterling is an experienced insurance professional with an enviable record of accomplishment in sales. As a retail broker/ agency, CSCIB/ IIA will not hold any risk onto itself, and therefore will not require any reinsurance.
