BCQS International Ltd. is a professional property and development consultancy with locations throughout the Caribbean. Established in 1969, the company has earned a leadership position in its field and offers a comprehensive range of services, including property valuations/appraisals and feasibility studies, project management, quantity surveying, cost engineering, construction management, cost management, claims consulting and loss adjusting.

BCQS have operated an office in the Turks & Caicos Islands for over 30 years and are the preferred Valuers and Appraisers for all of the local Banks and lending institutions. Our office is currently located in The Saltmills on Grace Bay, from which we have provided development consultancy services for countless residential, commercial and resort clients in Providenciales, Grand Turk and the outer Islands.

BCQS projects include prestigious residential properties, large-scale commercial buildings and offices, civic and government buildings, hotels and resorts, infrastructure projects and exclusive apartments and condominiums. BCQS are approved consultants for the British Government's Foreign and Commonwealth Office, the Department for International Development (DFID), the Caribbean Development Bank, and for European Union-funded projects.
